Import cars are known for having an array of accessories and kits available should buyers want to personalize them. From Honda, to Nissan, to Scion, buyers of these brands not only have aftermarket manufacturers to choose from, but they often can opt for accessories from the manufacturer that can provide the custom flair that they’re looking for.
With the resurgence and subsequent popularity of the Dodge Challenger, Mopar now provides that same level of personalization. Chrysler’s parts unit will now offer an appearance package that includes a body colored rear spoiler, stripe graphics, and even a new hood with an aggressive air scoop.
Interior kits are also available for the Dodge Challenger, which includes a T-handle shifter, floor mats, car cover, and updated accelerator and brake pedals.
All of these accessories can be added at the factory. Philadelphia Dodge sees these new kits as the ideal accessory for any Mopar Fan. And, with Dodge positioning itself as more of a sporty brand under the Chrysler umbrella, Chrysler Birmingham expects that more performance-oriented products and accessories will become available soon.
Pricing for the complete exterior kit is $1,995 and the interior kit runs $945 for Challengers equipped with an automatic transmission and $780 for those equipped with a manual transmission. For more details check out the full press release from Chrysler.
